While Tesla has calculated the valuation of Elon Musk’s 2025 compensation to be worth $158 billion, the billionaire will not be receiving any of that compensation as of now. This $158 billion compensation package is a “nominal” figure, as it was decided via an extremely generous shareholder-approved pay package. To earn this amount of money (which will be paid in stocks), Elon Musk will have to achieve extremely difficult goals such as a $8.5 trillion market cap and 20 million vehicle deliveries and deployment of one million Robotaxis.
